In July 2002 Nuplex Industries Industries Limited completed the takeover of Asia Pacific Specialty Chemicals Limited (APS). APS was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1994 when Harrison & Crossfield PLC decided to divest their Australian and New Zealand operations and concentrate their investments elsewhere. To day APS forms the basis of the Nuplex Specialty Products Group and is a leading supplier of a wide range of products and services to our diverse customer base. The Group manufactures a variety of functional additives in Australia and New Zealand, and also re-sells products from leading producers in other parts of the world.
