Our Company In July 2002 Nuplex Industries Industries Limited completed the takeover of Asia Pacific Specialty Chemicals Limited (APS). APS was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1994 when Harrison & Crossfield PLC decided to divest their Australian and New Zealand operations and concentrate their investments elsewhere. To day APS forms the basis of the Nuplex Specialty Products Group and is a leading supplier of a wide range of products and services to our diverse customer base. The Group manufactures a variety of functional additives in Australia and New Zealand, and also re-sells products from leading producers in other parts of the world.
